We aim to deliver every order quickly and safely. Here’s how shipping works at Zarkhez.


1. Delivery Locations

We ship across all major cities in Pakistan through trusted courier partners.


2. Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days

  • Remote Areas: 4–7 working days

Delivery times may vary slightly during holidays, sales, or weather conditions, but we always try to get your order to you as soon as possible.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your city and courier service.
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions on selected orders.


4. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours on working days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive:

  • A tracking number

  • A link or slip to follow your shipment

You can track your parcel anytime until it reaches your doorstep.


6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make two delivery attempts.
If the courier cannot reach you or the parcel remains undelivered due to customer unavailability, it may be returned to us.


7. Wrong Address or Incomplete Information

If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, delivery may be delayed.
Please double-check your shipping details before placing the order.


8. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged:

  • Do not accept it

  • Take photos or video

  • Contact us within 24 hours for support

We will replace or assist immediately.


9. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available in most cities.
Please have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
