Return & Refund Policy – Zarkhez

We want you to feel confident when shopping at Zarkhez. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund terms below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • The item you received is damaged, wrong, or defective.

  • You contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Because we sell food and consumable items (like honey, ghee, and dates), we cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Taste preference

  • Opened, used, or tampered items

This is to maintain hygiene and product safety.


2. Return Process

Here’s how to request a return:

  1. Contact us at zarkhezofficial@gmail.com or via WhatsApp [03392001431] within 48 hours.

  2. Send photos or video proof showing the issue.

  3. Our team will review and approve the return if it meets the criteria.

  4. We will guide you on how to send the product back.


3. Refund Options

If your return is approved, you can choose one of the following:

a. Replacement

We will send you a new product at no additional cost.

b. Store Credit

We issue credit equal to the product’s value, usable on your next order.

c. Full Refund

Refunds are approved only when:

  • The product is defective or damaged

  • The wrong item was shipped

  • The item is out of stock and cannot be replaced

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


4. Non-Refundable Items

We cannot refund:

  • Delivery charges

  • Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery

  • Products bought on sale or discounted offers (unless defective)

  • Opened food items


5. Wrong or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us immediately

  • Provide proof (pictures/video)

  • Keep the product as received until we guide you on the next steps

We will replace or refund based on your choice.


6. Order Cancellation

You can cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us quickly.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.


7. Exchanges

Since we deal in consumable goods, exchanges are only possible if the product delivered is wrong or damaged.
